The R8 is the freshest sports car I have seen in years. I have been following it with ernest interest.

Top Gear has a good review on it, you can find it on YouTube.

Recent confirmation that there is a V12 TDI Diesel in the works is particularily interesting. The car's DNA might be sports car but the engine output in terms of torque screams tactor...http://www.roadandtrack.com/article.asp?section_id=15&article_id=63 35
