PHP? AFAIK CSS only does stuff like colours etc, but I may be wrong, since I'm new to that kind of thing.

Yes, javascript indeed. Easiest would be a javascript popup with the enlarged image in it. Google?

Javascript? Easiest? Are you kidding? I am programmer, but Javascript was probably one of the most difficult language to learn, because you make one small mistake, and it does not work, plus it does not even tell you where you made the mistake.

Unless I'm mistaken, MySpace doesn't allow JavaScript anyway.

That's not coding, that's copy-pasting an easy line of code.

Javascript ? difficult ? ok

Javascript is one of the easiest scripting languages that are out there.

When people ask me "Plz" just because it's shorter than "Please" I feel perfectly justified to answer "No" because it's shorter then "Yes"

Not at my high school... Though, I never took the "Advanced Web Design" class. :v

On topic though, yes. You'd have to use JS to use that.
But going out to cnc95fan, CSS can be used for much more. :v

CSS can also accomplish this and it doesn't require a pop-up window.

CSS is wonderfull and allows for much more styling than you would think at first, but enough about that now.

---> Photo-Caption zoom

also pay a visit to CSS Zen Garden, and to the following site for lots of css tutorials.

Hope it helps Wink

For you maybe.

I'm terrible at programming I got my javascripts assignements done, just don't ask me how Blush

However if you enjoy programming and you can get a job in it why not. But lucky me that ICT is bigger then just programming Big Ups

@ts CSS is a mark-up language meaning that you should use it for the make-up of the website. You use HTML and CSS togheter...

Try http://www.w3schools.com/
for learning and finding your code

It's an expectation thing. Javascript looks relatively harmless, ASM looks like it wants to make you suffer.

As for that, it depends how you implement that. I find it easier to use external stylesheets, and apply some in-line css for the single classes when needed. Keeping css and html seperate makes them more readable and easier to maintain.

I don't really understand what the point of this topic is, but:

HTML: Used for creating the content of the page.
CSS: Used for presenting the content of the page in a way that's easy on the eyes.

HTML= Page layout and content
CSS = Colour, font and size of text.

The colouring, font and size of text can be specified inside the html document but CSS is used so it can all be changed at once instantly.

That's not entirely accurate. CSS is primarily to separate content from presentation, all-site style changes are a great benefit however.
