anyone needs a 1gb disk space
cpanel acces
100gb datalimit,
almost no limits!
you can have this in exchange for a FREE
teamspeak 2 server 15player slot.
on a 100mbit connection.
+ Teamspeak super admin control panel acces etc.

i does not have to be a 100mbit connection.
but if i notice lag on a full server = termination of the webserver account.

Noone is going to give you super server admin access. Because then you could open more servers, lookup registered peoples passwords and whatnot.
Just a little side note, a typical home connections (Being Cable/DSL) has enough upstream bandwidth to host a 15slot TS server using the highest codec TS has to offer.
