Im looking for a professional software thats like a recording studio....pretty much record audio tracks with a mic or add an existing audio track..
but be able to mix up and edit that tracks
like
-Mix More Then One Track Together
-Make Tracks repeat them self at some points (so i can get a beat and at the end it fades out....put it together to make the beat longer but fit in to it)
-Change the pitch and tone so at some parts of the audio tracks i can make the voice go higher or lower
-If possible maybe have a voice changer
-Basic crap...like reverse...add echo...etc
-Multiply effects
-Any Other Audio Editing You Can Think Of
Any professional software that can fit as much stuff i writing above will do....if anything hopefully it all and maybe more:D
i seen lot of cheaper ones that do maybe 1 thing i written above and another one does 1 more but i want a software that can do more then just 1 much as i can out of the list above

That depends on how you feel about illegally downloading and installing cracked software.
Audacity is a very user friendly, useful tool for musicians and it does a lot of what the more expensive programs do. And it's free. There are some cheaper softwares such as Goldwave and Fruityloops which range from about £20-£80
For the more mid market software, you're probably looking at software like Reason and Cubase which range from about £200-£400
As for the big dogs, well you can't go wrong with Protools or Nuendo. These range from about £800 or so to about £3000. But unless you're a serious, professional musician, you are really not going to need these.

i have windows......i usally think the more price the better....but dang if a software is complex im not sure...i want one that can do what i wrote above and maybe more.. but hopefully not so complex
price is no problem for me i guess most may think why...etherway
i dont wanna make beats i already got fl studios for that i jsut want a software to add the beat track i make to a recording of someone but be able to change around the voice and effect of the audio recording like iv written above

I use steinberg programs alot: cubase and wavelab. Both are very decent and I got them with my helix board(a good firewire 12 input mixer). Also tried magix music studio/music maker but those are more mixing tools and quite basic.
I used to have a subscription for this magazine which had quite some professional mixer and add ons each release.
I still use simple tools like audacity to do some quick cuttings or simple mixing.
