Look, kid. Anyone and everyone who can actually model or texture worth a damn is swept up by one of the big mods within a day. Good luck finding anyone with talent (and will) to do a personal project for you.
You are seriously better off just learning to do it and doing it yourself. I guarantee it.

not really, pointing people to place where they can learn shit them selfs IS helping.
that way we might end up with another renegede playing modeler who then can help the big mods.

Edit:
why do you think i wrote my skin tutorial (found on the jelly-server skin site for anyone thats interested), yea so people would stop bothering me to make stuff, but a lot of people picked up on it and a lot more people now know how to skin stuff.
