They blacklist?
Hmm, thought it wouldn't matter since EA/Westwood don't own it anymore.
Dosn't make sense, why would they blacklist serials if people download it? You can't even buy the game anymore. People downloading it, even illegally, would only boost the community.
I might be wrong, but then enlighten me =)

XWIS are under contract with EA, so I imagine it's in the terms of that contract, as EA give XWIS money every month or whatever.
You can still buy the game, as part of "The First Decade" pack, you can also buy it in some other pack whose name escapes me, and you can probably find it on www.amazon.co.uk or whichever amazon site you use (can't remember which country your flag is right now, either).

If you know how to use Regedit you can copy the registry over, like cnc95fan said. If you want a guide to copying the registry just ask . Then using the Serial change tool you can reverse-encrypt it, and put it in your installer.
Or just copy the registry and westwood folder from your old computer to your new.

yes it is, I bought it last year in June and I live in the middle of nowhere, so try to look for it in another store, you should find one. Or try an online shop, like ebay.
