can somebody come up with a REAL answer to this issue. I know I'm not the only one with it cause i've read MANY similar issues when trying to install. cd is in excellent condition and ive had it installed on this pc before. cd-rom drive is in working order. disc 1 is the only disk it wont read. when installing, it asks for disc 1 then tells me to make sure it is in the drive. i put it in and it asks the same thing all over again. i can begin installation with disk 2 but not disk 1. cannot explore disc 1 its just like its not there. ive reinstalled drive, updated firmware and everything. it reads EVERYTHING BUT THIS ONE DAMN DISC. dont wanna hear the disc is scratched, its in EXCELLENT condition. could this be a windows issue?

Your disc must be wrecked then I would suggest using trying this > http://renegade.dmehosting.com/RenCD1_ISO/rencd1.zip (Renegade CD1 ISO. NOTE: A valid serial is required!)
