My SanDisk Sansa e280 has been used a decent amount, and the wheel works just fine as the first day I got it. I haven't tried the Sansa View, so I can't vouch for them, but I do like the e200 series. It's a little slow to boot-up, but other than that it's a great player. The sound quality is really good if you have high bitrate music on there like I do. Smile
