You aren't using a CDkey to connect to XWIS to obtain the server list and I.P/Ports, you are using a FDSkey. Unless XWIS wants to release their own FDS software that connects differently they can't control connections from FDSkeys because they can't tell what is a server and what isn't using this connection method.
But if you read it properly I had no intention of allowing people to bypass their serial bans, but it is a good point. It would give people with a dynamic I.P endless ways around a ban. So probably not a good idea for the public  Considering *cheat name removed*already has a similar function built in, and the standalone tools to do this are already available on these forums in various threads.

FDS keys are also checked for validity.
I don't mind tbh as we already block all direct connects.
