Recruit

I have some problems playing renegade. I can't play single player, or multiplayer practice. Here is the message I get when trying to play single player or multiplayer practice:

When trying to play online, it just gets stuck on this screen:

Since I usually play in windowed mode (it's easier to minimize etc.), I see this when I minimize:

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and that doesn't work. Help?
