Is there any web page thats free that i can have my own free web hosting to save a index.htm page i made?

I use freewebs.

I know there may be others but freewebs is a good free web hosting service.

You can use their custom site templates OR, as you have done, you can create your own webpages and upload them.

Besides the 500kb filesize limit freehostia is really good.

I can provide you with some space on my host if you need more.
