This same error Below pops up every time I start renegade and i dont know why could you please tell me why this happens and if you can help me fix it

Did you install update 1.037?
If so, try replacing the following file:
  • Attachment: BandTest.dll
    (Size: 140.06KB, Downloaded 59 times)
