I know this may be obvious but these fromus seem damn slow lately. I don't mean to be complaining but I have noticed that they have been getting slower and as a result there are not as many posts. It seems to take around 10-20 seconds to resolve the DNS and then when you go into the posts and reply etc. it takes ages to load.
It may not be noticible on slower 56k connections bu i'm sure the majority of people have broadband and you can tell when a page is slow as soon as you try and load it. I'm used to it loading instantly. I dont know if it is a temporary problem with the host or some idiot packeting the server (I still don't see the point of doing that anyway). Hope it can be beck to normal soon though

The attacks against the site are SYN floods which don't use so much bandwidth as tie down the CPU on the server... as a result, IF you can get the page to load, it's slow as hell during these attacks.
I'm doing all I can. He's very close to attacking the wrong person... very very close... and he'll be gone.
