Everytime I try to start Renegade, through Renguard or without it, Renegade will start up, but with no display. What I mean is, the screen will just be completely black, although I can hear the music and noises from the main menu. Renegade is the only game I own that this happens to.
I've been playing Renegade and using Renguard for a fairly long time, two years I think, and this has never happened before. I didn't recently download anything that might alter Renegade itself, the only skin or non-map for the game that I ever downloaded was a green tiberium HUD, but Renegade played normally for like months after adding it, so that can't be the problem. Any ideas?

This usually happens when you install an older scripts version over the newer (3.x) ones. For exemple: when you install core patch 2 after you installed scripts 3.x.
The solution then is to reinstall scripts 3.x , linky: http://4camp.net/scripts344.exe
