Hi,
I'm pretty new at this so please call me n00b 
I have a Win32-Server running with NightRegulator - the whole thing is running on a my Office-Server (Windows XP).
FDS + NightRegulator are running best, but I have problems with RenStat. As soon as I (or NightRegulator) try to start renstatserver.exe I get a
Runtime error 3170:
Couldn't find installable ISAM
I know that should be a DLL-problem but no idea how to fix it. Is that a XP-Problem?

All you get from "everyones friend google" is the explanation that "runtime error 3170" is a DLL problem (DLL missing or wrong registry) but to fix it one should know what DLL is ment. I even know that that DLL have something to do with VB and/or Access but there are still numerous DLLs dealing with that thing so it would be usefull to know whatt DLLs RenStat uses to fix the whole thing.
Thats why I posted here - I was hoping that someone with more knowledge had this problem and could help me. But unfortunately its allways the same on forums - someone reads the thread, has no idea of the whole thing and posts things like "use google" oder "use forum search" - a brilliant idea!
By the way - searching google for "runtime error 3170" delivers 44.000 results. Now just try to search for "runtime error 3170 renstat" and you'll se that theres only one result and if you click that one you'll see that that's my question in this forum.

If you can't solve it, you can always try the brenbot rank plugin (but u'll need to change to brenbot).
From your question (is it a win Xp problem?), I supposed you hadn't googled it yet.
