I don't know why, but SoQReal just reeks of 'skeletor' to me.
Man, this thread is too funny.

No, because your anger makes your hands shake so much that you forget half of what you're going to say. Plus you're too dumb to realize that there's an edit button until someone says something.
His feelings cannot be contained in one mere post.
But he's watching himself now.

whereas you'd rather just cheat, lie to everyone about doing so, and freak out (again) when you get banned for it.
It's kinda funny how defensive you get every time someone talks about your sad life... way to prove them wrong. Like I said, when someone calls you a loser and it bothers you THIS MUCH... you're a loser.

I got suspended from school six times over my life, and that doesn't stop me from not spelling properly, nor does it mean I have to act like a total dip-shit.

Have I? I've tested certain cheats out in private, passworded test servers so I'd be more knowledgeable about the stuff they can do... it's not quite the same as ruining other peoples' fun in clanwars or public servers.

I have cheats installed, for obvious reasons (testing BIATCH duh), yet I have never felt the need to use them in a real game.
Not everybody is unable to resist the urge to cheat.

Bandwidth, willingness to download, taking risks of viruses, time out of my day, ect.
Self restraint isn't a good answer because how do we, random people over the internet, know you can control yourself?

That's weak logic.
|
I never said anything about logic. That is just my opinion. If you consciously own them, and have used them, then you are a cheater :\
It is my opinion, I don't care if you or anyone else thinks otherwise, in my mind said person is a cheater.
Also some other note I would like to add, my definition of cheater is probably different than yours. I for one normally don't mind playing with a cheater, I mean just as long as they aren't using something that gives them such a high advantage like 90%vs10%. It is fun to challenge yourself.
Something along the lines of: "Hey, your a cheater... and I STILL beat you... HAHAHA!"

Do you understand what logic is? It's your reasoning and judgment. If you have an opinion without using any logic, then you're a mindless drone that accepted whatever someone told you was correct. Otherwise, you used logic in trying to justify your opinion.

In a loose definition of the term, yes, Spoony can be classified as a cheater. Just as if you consciously defended your house with lethal force. You would be, technically, a murderer.
In my opinion, and using sensible logic, the difference between being a cheater (and a murderer) is the intent. Spoony's intent wasn't to destroy a game but to better understand the cheats, as to properly and more quickly identify the cheaters in clan matches or public servers.
whoa.

The bandwidth to download a cheat is insignificant, and if you have the willingness to use the cheats, then you have the willingness to download them. Time out of your day? lol? If you have time to play Renegade then you have time to download it. The only good point you bring up is taking risks of viruses.
My point is that, if you have the willingness to cheat, you will do it no matter whether the cheats are on your computer or not.
How am I supposed to know that YOU can control yourself from downloading and using cheats on your computer? Oh?
