One word:

Milking.

Presence is a curious thing, if you think you need to prove it... you probably never had it in the first place.

It's TFD + C&C3 in one pack. Why not?

shouldn't they atleast wait untill C&C3's expansion(s) come out before even considering doing this. The fact that they're making a saga edition suggests that they're finishing the series by boxing everything (although I know their not)

Silly EA.

This is a good idea I think. EA is not stupid; this could turn out to be good marketing.

We will have more causal gamers picks up these combos and to many these kind of packages are very economic.

Well, I am waiting for the version of C&C3 that will be released with the expansion pack.

Common people are attracted by bundled things, being slightly more expensive, but more bang for the buck, they will buy it, and after playign cnc3, they will return to the older cnc games, thus creating a livley cnc community again!

Commoners technique!

Why pay 40 dollars for command and conquer 3 WHEN for 50 dollars, you get EVERY cnc game. (except sole survivor...)

They need to make more effort into these things. I didn't buy TFD because they claimed the old games worked in XP when they infact just set compatibility mode on the executables.

I at the same time think this is a bad idea and a good one 1. EA just thinks they can release another tfd +1 game and make money on it and 2. I do agree it might get more ren players and more C&C players which is always a good thing

The darn thing about this is that I already have 2 or 3 of the games, but want all the others... Sad Plus I don't feel like buying each individual game. ;P

That was the Command & Conquer Collection (Red box with 5 games, technically three and two expansions), and I have it. That's what got me into Renegade. I only bought that collection becuase I wanted Red Alert 2, which was no longer being sold. Now I'm into Renegade more than anything else, my brother got into it (barely plays anymore), my friend plays with me when he is over, and he got this girl he knows to buy it (probably TFD) for Renegade. So hopefully...

I never got TFD, and I never got C&C3 yet either, so I won't pass on this. It saves from having to buy TFD and C&C3 plus it's expansion, but I agree, they should wait until the expansion for C&C3 is out and add that.

The game is getting rarer to find in gamestores in the US. But they seem to be abundant everywhere else.

Ya seriously, I find renegade hard to find, but when I go to canada, I found it at a futureshop and a bestbuy, they must have been sitting there for years.

I think I might buy it just because it's newer, may support XP fully, sunce tfd just had xp compatibility set in the exe. Plus it includes cnc3, I have almost all those games already, but their all in one pack, so it makes life easier.

the annoying thing is, ea will release this... then there will be another release with tfd + c&c3 + c&c 3 expansion,
its all just in the aid of making more money.
