Humans trying to understand the meaning of the life and universe is like an amoeba trying to understand the wall street journal. Not gonna happen anytime in this millenium.
Seriously. Look at humans. Think for a moment if you were an advanced alien race that was studying the earth. You would see shit like potheads looking at mold growing on the wall and thinking it's profound, people killing each other by tens of thousands daily, clinging to various religions, and sex still being the #1 thing that drives mankind. Do you really think we are ready or even capable of understanding or appreciating the universe or the meaning of life? I would image any advanced civilization would study us for about 20 mins and put us in the same category as we would put primates, if even that high, and mark their calendars to come back in 1,000 years to see if we were yet capable of being more than bloodthirsty barbarians with delusions of being masters of the universe. Of course we probably won't even be around by then, as we will have either blown up the earth with nukes, or poisoned the planet to the point of lifelessness.
Yeah go ahead and disagree and pretend that the human race is advanced and everthing will be cool like on star trek. But then go to the bad part of your town after midnight and stand on a street corner and see how safe you feel around your fellow man, and then see if you think humans are all that. Sure there are good aspects to humanity as well, but there is no doubt that we are still more barbaric than civilized.
Anyhow, why does there even have to be a *meaning* to life? Is it not enough to simply live and try to better ones self? Why must everything be a puzzle that you cheat to solve now, now, now. Instant gratification - that's all people want these days. Again, not very advanced thinking. Or is it that you are afraid that we are nothing more than a swarm of gnats, that are born, mate, and die, without anyone or anything giving a shit?

but really if you think about it, something had to start in the first place, and no ordinary hing could "begin" in our own dimension. something HAD to have set things in motion. for every action there is an equal and oposite reaction, there can be no reaction without the action. some being that had control over some form of energy, being swinging a bat, or pushing something, or telekenieses, ect, had to set things in motion.
*desperately needs a giberish translator* i really cannot explain things the way i see them lol.
like this?: im in the infinate void of space. there is only me, a ball, and a bat. the ball is staitonary. there is nothing else in exsistance ANYWHERE. i can only swing the bat, i can do nothing else. is that ball gonna move unless i hit it? is the universe gonna begin unless something hits it?
