I want to extract .mp3 or .wav files from a websites flash music player. Are there any apps or plugins out there to do that?
And... for the heck of it... post your FF plugins.

Nope, the best way is to copy the link from the sourcecode.

get "clippings", by far the most handy!...and another plugin I like is.."InfoLister" (perfect for posting lists)
Extensions (enabled: 38, disabled: 1; total: 39)
I use my "CacheViewer" to look thru recent .mp3's form flash sites... this is manual, and can allwo you to save any file from the cache, since Firefox encrypts or renames the cache files in the profile folder
