I find redickulus that these (modarators) that think they are GOD. that they tell you how to play like the asshole [RG]riku5464, and when you dont do it banns you.
this is not right
YOU PLAY HOW YOU WANT & I WILL PLAY HOW I WANT
THERE POWERS SHOULD BE REMOVED.
AND ON TOP OF IT AFTER KICKING ME HE LEAVES THE GAME!

The people who have a server pay a lot of money for it. They appoint moderators.
If you disagree with the action of a moderator, you can always go nag on their forum if they have one.
I wonder what he told you, though, during which situation... If you were clearly team hampering, then a kick would not seem inappropriate.

Out of curiosity, what constitutes "I WILL PLAY HOW I WANT" i.e. what was it you were doing which provoked him to kick you?

i would never kick someone for being nub, but if they did something like kill team vehicle shells I would warn, they do it again, another warning, they do it AGAIN, kicked, or if they kill team vehicles on purpose when your repairing,I would kick instantly, I have had people kill my own mammoth tank I went to buy a hotty, and next thing I see a sydney shooting at my mammy with her PIC, one shot later the thing blew up, I said donate me or be kicked because you killed my mamy, he said no, I used the money command to steal his money so I had 1500 and then I kicked him.

Based on your post I'm going to guess that you deserved your kick. Second, it is up to the server owner(s) to decide what is acceptable for a moderator not you. If you don't like how they run go somewhere else.

IMO, people should ONLY be kicked for obvious offenses. Things like cheating, breaking server rules, team hampering ect.
People shouldn't be kicked due to skill level, arguing/down talking to mods, not obeying an order from someone else (Like "Hey you, go mine" ... "No" Kind of thing) and as well as just being disliked by a mod. ect.

I agree with everything you said except one little thing. If a player constantly disrespects either a mod/admin or another player they SHOULD be kicked. People play on these servers for fun, not to be abused constantly.

I agree with kytten, if someone annoys you constantly, kick them, thats what I do, people will take my tank, I use !vkick since i own the vehicle, they get forced out, they keep stealing it, then when I am gone, they steal it, and when it dies, they refuse to buy me a new vehicle, kick + steal money

first of all i work for a living! so unlike some of you i can only get to the forum after work and having a real life.
so i did not just disappear!!!!!!
it was in Cairo map host name A00000008
i was on a hill snipping ( not the greatest sniper there)
after 4 deaths of choppers sneaking up on me and killing
me i got a transport and a sniper ($1000 one).
so as they sneaked up on me i would jump in the transport
to save myself. and fly up so the snipers on the ground would
kill the choppers.
after doing this 3 or 4 times he told me to get rid of the
transport. as i was also using the transport to go back for
bullets & repairs.
he then said get rid of it now or get kicked!!!
so i did not listen! it is mine i bought it.
he then kicked me and banned me i am still banned
I do not think this is right.
I am not the greatest player. BUT WHO MADE HIM HITLER.
