I'm a vespa fanatic and i've always loved these italian made scooters, they fascinate me, I've been saving for one and have about 6-8 months before i can buy one, heres what I've been wanting
A classic Vespa px150 or p200, sure it has a weak engine unlike most bikes nowadays, but I like to be different and I like the design of these machines.
But then today when looking on google i found this USA based scooter company which sells bikes for 1700-1800 dollars, so cheap, yet so fancy!!
Heres what I saw and like
So i am torn between these two bikes, a vespa vs vento, both good companies, I have seen many vespas in person and know they are top quality, while this vento i have not seen, but from online reviews and being USA based, it doesnt seem that bad, so readers, help me decide!

Yup, agreed.

Well I reallyl ike them both, the bottom one is a special edition bike which is the same price as the normal edition, but includes side bags, security system, and digital techometer, while the old vespa ontop doesnt even include a gas gauge, you ned to manually calculate how far you have gone or else you'll run out of gas.
advantages of a vespa: all models use similar parts or the same parts, parts are easily bought online cheaply, thousands of people own them so support for something is very easy.
advantages of the vento: security system, extra sidebags on the side, fuel gauage, parts easily purchasable from their own company, has automatic transmission.
So i'm stuck in the two
If i buy the vento I dont want people to mistake it for a motorcycle because of it's design, So that gives me more reason for a vespa.

Chicks dig the Vespa, and so do many gay dudes; so you win either way.

Well I can handle the chick part, but not the gay part, since i'm not gay, but then to the main public who see me riding, some would think the vespa looks stupid, while if i rode the vento, they'd say it was kinda cool. So I'm stuck, i might go see the vento i posted, they claim it's made in the USA, if it's made in china i'm sticking with the vespa then, because I know the vespa is well...umm european mean.

I'd keep with the Vespa, because it's so well supported by people over the internet, and it has a huge following.

I'm not desperate for anything that drives, i just have a thing for vespas, i am old enough to drive or ride a motorcycle, but i prefer vespa mopeds, and they arent really weak, 150cc will speed up to 60mph quickly, people owning bikes 600cc and over just want engine noise and higher power, it's like a toyota yaris vs mustang, they both drive fast, but the mustang is just fasterrrr

The Bike is chinese, I'm not buying a peice of crap with too much lead in it's paint, I just talked to a rep and the bike is 100% parts made in china, assembled in the USA, meaning, made in china, while vespa....is made in italy.
