heres the thing windows movie maker is cheap what program could i make tight ass music vidoes like get some background music and add videos or photos along with it with bad effects and transformations and other great things? and maybe even then burn it to dvd or make it a mpg file

I've used windows movie maker tons of times, with skill, you can make it look good, ltos of timing, thats the key, oh and to set file size just choose you want the video to be a certain size when saving it, or else choose what resolution you want it to be at.

Vegas Video still kicks it's ass. 
Presence is a curious thing, if you think you need to prove it... you probably never had it in the first place.
