I can remember way back when this forum was a good, fun, helpful place to come to, and many people came here just for that, to get help with there mods, maps, etc… in general people here “the old timers” seemed to jump to be the first to help someone, including my self, we had nice discussions about who knows what, but now it’s always bickering over this or that, copyright violations, Nod not NOD or get out of this thread and stop ruining my threads, people trying to answer for other people, people trying to tell other people what to put or not to put in there own threads, etc…. I mean look at it. It’s pathetic, Ack comes into threads seemingly just to start trouble, just because he can, and he’s not the only one. He’s just more known for it I guess. Then we have these lawyers or want to be lawyers, and they too put out garbage and if they’d read their own shit they’d too see that it too says in most cases it’s ok to do the mods being done or talked about ON THIS FORUM. Every ones always pissed off or at least so much of the time, you watch, the shit this thread gets, damn, I can only imagine, we’ll see. Anyways, I just wanted to regress back to when this was a nice fun place to be, or come too to receive help or to give help. We should bring those days back.

Maybe we should just ban you, because:
1. Blazer asked you not to start-up flame threads.
2. Blazer asked you not to start-up flame threads about myself or anyone else.
3. You demand attention and get pissy with people who don't give it to you. (Yes, I realize the irony in saying that, considering writing this is giving your sorry ass the attention you want.)
4. You're doing nothing again... Nothing but being annoying.

you do realize your doing exactly what he says you do? just pointing that out. not flaming or whatever. plus, you do seem to critizise everyone's work, just because it may not be as good as yours. well, other people are trying to make something neat and worth playing, and even if its not as good as renalert or whatever, and just because you got glacier flying into a WW map pack, you don't have to be all pissed off at people all the time. (and im not trying to start a flame war.)

His "old timers" comment is laughable. The only old timers here are Crimson, Falconxl, and myself. We've been with this game longer than all of you have, getting close to two years now.

eh, it isn't really meant to be insulting, its meant to point something out. if i really wanted to like inult you, i would say something more like "ack, ur a dumb fuck," not pointing out how you are constantly being a critic.
although i do agree with part of your post this time, i usually don't agree with most things you say. but o well. everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

I defer to your obviously greater knowledge and experience on this subject. Far be it from me to offer advice on a subject that has caught many people out before. Dismissing it as "garbage" or "shit" as you do just highlights your ignorance of the subject.

I was in the community awhile before Crimson was, regardless of the fact that I don't post much anymore.
Now I only post when I have the time, and want the chuckle and gawk at the naiveté of threads such as this one.
You would think a community would have been able to right itself of such conflict by now, but apparently not. Oh well, this is all the reason I left in the first place, I've got much better things to do.
And don't go screaming "HYPOCRISY!" I know I'm involving myself in it now, but it's only the second flame thread I've posted in since I left, and I'm multitasking.

By all means, go ahead and do them... While doing them, ask yourself, "Does anyone care if I leave?" I doubt anyone cares about someone who expects problems to be solved for him, without making any attempts at all.

the only problem is, even if alot of people dont like Ack, we are just causing the problems ourselves, even if he isn't involved

Even though i don't like Ack, it seems you all think he doesn't do anything good

We ALL flame, we all post stupid coments, we all at sometime are newbs. I agree with everyone, seriously. I agree ACK is a jACK ass at times, but arnt we all at somepoint? I agrtee that people have stolen work and items, but have we not all done it at SOME point in time? I got ren a day befor shevling froma game friend, didnt get to install it till 3 days later due to computer problems... everyone was nice, except random flames wich are comon. but now it seems everyone wants to war over something. I know ACK will probly come up at say why am I against him and saying this, and that I am a hypocrit, so would others say the same. I only am disgusted with ACK due to he has flamed 3 of my friends repeatibly...
#1 Killakanz: No longer in renegade, Just does general models. He made a new apache and used the renegade skin. ACK, without looking closer at the modeling, acused him of stealing/ripping models from renegade and not doing any work. Finaly ACK admits its not a ren model, but that Killakanz still shouldnt use renegade skins.
#2 Havoc89: Who is trying his best to revive evolution and make it better then they were. ACK Imedietly flames him over how it sucks and he shouldnt do it.
#3 CaptKurt: We all post things like he did, but sevral times ACK has flamed him without thinking over.
That is why I flame and am against ACK. If he would just say sorry to all the people hese flamed, and stop flaming and being so negative twords orthers every other minute, I would shut up.
