Depends... if you've never installed any patch whatsoever, you'll need the Cumulative patch (180.6 MB). If you've installed the 1.33 patch previously, you only need the Standalone Patch (123.7 MB). Take a look at the right side of the Far Cry logo in C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\Crytek\Far Cry\fcsplash.bmp and see if something says "Patch 1.##". If it says 1.33, you can use the Standalone patch; if it says 1.1, 1.3, 1.31, or 1.32, you'll need to uninstall and reinstall Far Cry, and then apply the Cumulative patch; if it says nothing, you can just use the Cumulative patch immediately.
