Anyone got a direct link to the program i need to edit scripts.dll? i cant remember the exact name and which thing to download Etc.

You can use a hex editor to edit any binary files on windows:

But I guess it would be much easier to take to take the source code
of scripts.dll (which is under GPL), and edit that and then compile and link it with a compiler like MS VC Very Happy
