I don't know, check the website? Send an email to Customer Support, ask them.

They should be able to give you a place to send it.

Buy what game? Go to best buy and buy command and conquer 3 or whatever game your looking for, dont mail them money, they wont give you anything back, they will just send it back with a return charge.
