Yeah, my thought would be either they will send a note back saying, "I didn't understand you clearly" or they won't bother sending you a copy nor any answer because they might be too busy with other things, or they focus on important/supportive things.

My Renegade CD exploded in my DVD player, While playing i hear a loud bang, and my hole dvd player was ruined + Ren CD, but i took a no-cd thing and dumped the dvd player, the pieces of the CD broke the lens or something, when i opened it, the 'laser' was lying on the cd, like 100 pieces Neutral
