why is he still allowed on the forums?

He agreed to not inject into Renguard. Not stop making RGH. Something he has kept his word to. I know that isn't the write description but I'm tired and the right word isn't comming into my brain. You get the idea.
He is still allowed on the forums because banning him does no good and he is actually very helpfull to people that have problems with renguard.

This has been discussed before. He hasn't broken any forum rules at all. Although he makes cheats, he doesn't advertise them here or on any other site affiliated with BHS. And unlike most he even provides positive feedback for people's problems.
Until he starts breaking rules he has just as much right to be here as anyone else.
