C&C FarCry is the Dead Six prototype.
Essentially, we added C&C Multiplayer Mode to farcry, using the assets that were available, as well as adding a tank type vehicle.

I just ordered a copy of farcry for the PC off ebay for this mod. I have never played the game before, but I know about vloktboky's and your creations for renegade from a long time ago. I would not miss this for anything.

It is more about c&c style base vs base game play, instead of story line.
I would like to see the similar graphics, but am to lazy to do it myself, and will be more then happy with similar game play.

After lots and lots of messing about with a dodgy e-bay vendor in th UK, I finally got my copy of Ubisoft's Farcry for the PC.
When's the public release? ^^
And should I bother even playing the game, or just wait with it installed ready for the mod?

Play it. You need to fully appreciate sayings from our German friends like: "I'm going to shoot you in the face!" and the ever classic "Time to open a can of whoop ass!".
Apparently mercs aren't excluded from campy movie cliches in Germany either.

The game seems capable of more then renegade. Although that is only from an hour of playing it.
Vehichles are horrible to drive. I hope they drive like the cnc renegade vehichles.

A little update on the beta.
It is in packaging now, and is undergoing final testing before we put it up for public.
