Hey.. I currently have a problem with my Renegade.. obviously.. but I have no clue what to do. Everytime I try to install it the same dumb message pops up, it includes:

Could not locate E:\Setup\Setup.exe.

Hehe at your signature. Looks to me like your Renegade CD is broken. Buy another, or let some kind person upload a copy (Yes I know the forum doesn't support Warez, but you can't install without a serial, and XWIS' serial validation is so good it keeps legit serials out too! rofl)

Meh

Why would he need a no-cd patch when he doesn't have the game installed? I concur with CarrierII that your disk is b0rked. Try cleaning it.

It is something you install after you install the game that allows you to play the game without the use of the CD.

But there would be no use in downloading such a patch for a game that you can't get installed. Neutral

I can't say I know what is wrong.. sorry. Possibly get a new CD? If a friend has the game, ask to borrow his/hers and install it using their CD... just use your serial number.

And cleaning it could possibly fix it? Like just hand clean it or what?

Try right-clicking that setup.exe and run as administrator.
