Found this and found the file it was tlaking about.
5 – Command and Conquer Red Alert - Found: Command and Conquer Red Alert includes a terrain editor "edwin.exe" in its install directory. If you install Red Alert from the TFD DVD and then attempt to run the terrain editor with the DVD in the drive, the program will ask for the Red Alert CD and thus cannot be run. The application can be run without the disc from a command line with the '–CD' parameter.
Does anyone know what it means by the " '-CD' parameter" and how to get it to work?
