cant install renegade after uninstallation [message #274024]

Recruit

i uninstalled renguard, then tried to install it but files cant be copied after the process starts.

index.php?t=getfile&id=3788&private=0

i tried using another disc, and copied the cd into the hd then tried it from there, i also tried system restore, but it wont install. any ideas?

Seems to me the cd is broken or the cd-rom drive is broken. Try to undust the cd first, if it doesn't work, try the cd in another cd-rom and see if it installs there. If yes, it's your cd-rom drive. If not, get a new ren cd: they only cost about 5-10 $.
