I guess if I'm playing a clanmatch and I'm providing the server, it's OK for me to cheat, right? Also fine for me to lie to my own clan about whether I'm cheating so they'll stick up for me?

I agree that everyone defending him has no reason to do so.
My point was simply that we cannot ban him from his own server.
Seeing as he has been banned from the RG network, what else can we do besides not play there and hope the dumbasses defending him don't play with us?
