Sorry to burst your bubble, but...
Dragonade by vloktboky/Whitedragon can do that too, and this screen was taken in May 2006. Black-Cell admins using the restricted commands in Dragonade can do many other things, including creating a shower of vehicles from the sky, or changing the person's model or flying vehicle model into pretty much anything else (rocks, beacons, beacon effects, toilets, even entire maps - especially fun when the character is an SBH), and even more stuff. Unfortunately, they hardly ever break these commands out anymore, as they're usually only used after the conclusions of our once-abundant Regulars vs. Mods games.

P.S. Yay, I'm posting during my family trip through parts of Canada. I missed you in Alberta, warranto, since the hotels charge too much for internet access 
Also, since I'm in Canada right now, I don't have access to most of my screenshots and videos of fun junk, and I'm not going to download everything on the FTP to see what's worth posting. I'll post some more after I get back home next week.

Now with the .lua plugin that Dan made, Everyone can make there own special commands that do exactly what you said and more. ^^
Presence is a curious thing, if you think you need to prove it... you probably never had it in the first place.

LOL JK! He joined them left, the real helper was Sniper74 since he wanted to see some magic, it's more fun when your the one playing nd doing all that stuff like we got to do, but once thing, half of my video didnt even get uploaded for some reason, I think photobucket has time limits of how much you can upload, so some cool stuff such as stand on on obby, agt, ref tower, and flying off the map wasnt shown....but youve all seen the SS's.

Saad may not let me replace his scripts.dll but i feel that maybe I can get donkey my leader to when i finish my script using the lua pluggin, this seems to interesting that i may remake all commands and more, finally i can make all the mods I ever wanted such as the death crate that tele's you to 0,0,0 and kills you when you fall.
