Be realistic guys. Any parent attempting to censor anything from you lot would be met with derision and grief. You would merely turn your back and seek what you wanted.

Parents can only advise you on what not to watch. You all make your own choice thereafter. Listen

Oh, wise one, could you be so kind as to tell us how you parent your child(ren) then? Obviously, you can't say "no", else they'll go behind their back.

Ever think that this logic is why there is so much censorship? Parents obviously are shrugging off their responsibility and blaming the nature of children as to why they shouldn't have to try.

Yeah...in America, parents don't generally spank their children. I think they should...I remember the time when my mom tore my neck off when she saw the pentagram in my screen while I was playing Doom...that was in 1995.

Parents should establish who's the boss...the children are free to get lost and do whatever they want after they grow up and leave the home.

The basic problem in America is that there is a large group of conservatives with a lot of power (political power, lobbying power, the power to convince people to boycott certain companies etc) and these conservatives (which in some cases is allied with various Christian church groups) think that anything vaguely pornographic or sexual has to be banned. Ergo, the various stakeholders have effectively banned this stuff (with the ESRB giving most pornographic or sexual content an AO rating and then stores generally refusing to carry AO rated games for fear of boycotts etc)

Well, maybe there is a reason behind it. Even vague sexuality can give these kids ideas.
