I have a sneaky suspicion that it does spin both ways but changes in time....I'm not 100% sure, but after about 2-3 minutes I did relise she was spinning counter clock wise. About the changing direction thing, I could easily check in photoshop.
well after looking at it in photoshop....I really have to say it may be that she flips her direction at some point, because looking at several areas and frames...the leg thats in the air is different sometimes, sometimes right and sometimes left. I dunno, but it looks very very odd, watching it now for several minutes it's like she switches back and forth.
EDIT: looking even even further frame by frame, I figured it out, she DOESNT spin at all! She does a 180 turn from left to right, then stops 1 frame and rewinds herself, she only travels 180 degrees and NEVER makes a 360 degree spin at all, that is why you sometimes feel she is not really spinning counter clockwise but clockwise, you trick your brain into continuing that she is in one direction, but really frame by frame shows the proof.

With a little practice you can change your perspective at will and see her spinning one direction and then the next whenever you want, although it does seem to be more difficult to switch "back" once you see the new direction
|
Well sorry to say, but the frames show that she goes left, half way, then turns right half way, then it repeats itself, look in the frames if you want to see for yourself, I looked at it for 5-10 minutes straight playing it through then looking at each frame (about 30 frames in this picture)
The reason you guys think she does a 360 degree turn is because she switches direction at a point where it is hard to see really what direction she is going.

I can only see counter clockwise, I can convince myself she is going the other way, but only for one half turn... then she switches back.
Edit: if I reduce the size of the image, It becomes much easier to see her going clockwise. o.O

I thought i'd be a real clever arse and post an image of it played backwards saying "I can see it just fine...". But even with the animation playing backwards I see the bitch going clockwise.
I literally went frame by frame for six frames going foward, thinking OK, she is deffinately going clockwise. The I went through those same six frames backwards, and the bitch was still going clockwise.
What the hell is happenening to my brain?
