ahh i cant seem to fix this it says that my bandtest.dll is unauthorized wat should i do i tried replacing the file but it doesnt work. i also cant install te core patches becuase of this problem

Rather try reinstalling Renegade as bandtest.dll is a Renegade file. Be sure to follow the order as advised here:
