Aighty folks. I just started a server with NR and everything. 2 Questions. Where can I get a program like Renvis? And I get this error from NR alot [1:28:07 PM] [1:28:07 PM] ERROR: - NightRegulator v0.3.5 BETA 6c Debugger - ERROR ENCOUNTERED - DETAILS: "NightRegulator Has Attempted To Send A Malicious Message To The FDS Which Has Been BLOCKED!", IN FILE: "NRcore.dll"

That doesn't mean you can't help me. This is the FDS forum. And NR is part of FDS. Therefore you can help me. Plus the Renvis question had nothing to do with NR.

NR is not part of the FDS, its sort of like a plugin, you dont need it, and its not coded in the FDS.

By the way -- you have to reinstall NR, there are weird bugs that popup and fuck your NR over, and no way of fixing it, sorry.

check your debug.txt for the full info on what causes that error..

basically you have your remote admin password as something REALLY Common and the message that is being blocked... contains your admin pass!

for example if your admin pass was 'a' and you sent....

'msg Nightma12 is a fucking wanka!' - then it would get blocked for being malicious as the remote admin pass is contained in it

blame WW..... if NR dousnt block it, it just dousnt get sent. i trhink its better this way as you know sommins going wrong Razz

he probably has sommin like his name as his remote admin pass

then when the bot says "xxx is now a mod" is blocks it as its the remtoe admin pass...

ok - im going to lock this topic before it amasses into some huge flame war or goes wildly off topic Razz

RenVis/RenHawk/Seye was never completely. Ask gamemodding about Seye if you are interested, but i dont know if he ever did release it :S i know he got alot further than RenHawk ever got however.
