It is really funny how you think this community will bow down to your every whim and respect all your decisions no matter how pathetic they are.

If you truly cared about this community, you would stop being such an arrogant cow and listen to what they have to say, instead of shooting them down in flames if they want to do things a little differently.

And stop deleting my post that shows one little slip-up you made.

I don't think it's out of line at all. Why should the bandwidth that I pay for go to advertising for a site whose main goal is fueled by irrational, childish, and ridiculous hatred of me?

Again, it's not just fl00d3d's community. I don't think it's fair to Nightma.

I'm not blocking Nightma's regulator website. The forums I am blocking have a link to a thread on every single page outlining a bunch of lies and bullshit about me. I'm NOT going to allow the bandwidth that I pay for to advertise that.

OK, don't take it too far. D:
Goztow is a nice person, he's just on Crimson's side. Which is understandable. However, I don't think that particularly matters much. (There are lots of people we can cope without, to put it lightly)

While I, obviously, don't always agree with Crimson, she has been more than fair to not have locked this thread after her original post and allowed all of this dissent from you and the rest of the peanut gallery. If it were me, I would have removed all of these posts to The Silo by now.

You know that I'm not completely on or against either side, right? Well... you're making me about completely against your side now.

You guys are stretching to make insults. If she deletes/locks threads and bans people, you insult her for censoring those telling the 'truth'. If she keeps threads open, she's just shoving her 'greatness' in our faces.

It's obvious that you guys have no arguments when you're grasping at straws like that. She's damned if she does, damned if she doesn't... if you guys want to prove a point, stop using childish games as your means.

I've never been bothered about this thread particularly, I'd have been perfectly happy if she'd posted her original statement, kept it locked and said nothing else. I'd have just tootled off to ******************** and be done with it. But she keeps trying to provoke replies. Sad

Just like every other thread, she's kept it open for discussion. I am not so sure it's to 'provoke' replies.

Either way, we all know that this whole thing will die down. The forum will lose a few members here and there (but those upset enough really aren't big contributors to the community), but renforums will continue just like it did after the last 'revolt'.

Bottom line is, we all know that there is room for improvement on these forums. Anybody rational will have some things they agree and disagree on how things are done. When it comes down to it, do the cons outweigh the pros? I don't think so.

I'm not sure how you see there's more cons than pros.

  1. These forums are free to register and post on.
  2. We're free of stupid censoring by a large corporation
  3. We're not forced to be on 'good' behavior
  4. Dissenting opinions (to a certain, understandable point) are allowed.

If you don't want to see the BHS forums, there are little "-" icons you can click next to the forum name, and it'll minimize it, so you don't have to look at it.
