Anyone know the file/directory the videos for RA2/YR are located. I am using the XCC Mixer and am to bored and lazy to play through the whole campaign.

While we're on the topic, is there any way to view all the Tiberian Sun movies at once without playing the campaign? Smile

You can use XCC AV Player, just open movies.mix from the Tiberian Sun CD

There stored in Bink video format the same as renegade I think and not VQA like the rest of the C&C games. You need the Rad Game Tools to play it. Get them from http://www.radgametools.com and download the tools set. The files have a *.bik extension and should be located on the CD.

For other C&C games you will need XCC mixer to extract the VQA files and then a player such as XCC AV player. It's pretty straightfoward and you don't need to install the game to extract or view them.

I have all the Red Alert 1 movies/cutscenes and am compiling stuff, so if any body wants some, PM me. I am also working on getting the Tiberian Dawn movies.

Does anybody know what type of player uses .VQA files? I have all the videos, now I just need to know what type of player can read these.

I found the .VQA to .AVI converter, so now I can make RA movies. I just need a place to upload them.

Are there some TD movies that weren't actually in the game anywhere, and the only place they can be seen is at the ending(credits) video, I looked on my Tiberian Dawn CD and found what appears to be evidence of movies that aren't found in any of the mix files.

BTW: In the RA1 movies, the allied medium tank is clearly an M1
