Could we not extend it to a permanent ban for some of the rules he broke?
He is the one dude out of this whole forum, past and present I really would like to see go (including AirCraftKiller).
And lol at "It is my full intention to release the source code to renguard", what a total nub. I guess that would be where his super l337 coding skills come into play that we have all seen so much of. Oh wait, coding has nothing to do with getting the source code.. Must be my mistake, fl00d3d would know better.
Even though I know he can't do what he said, because he has the same IQ as my pet goldfish (after rg killed it), it kinda proves how much he loves this game and his love of the community, "i'm just looking out for the little guy :blush:" - What a load of BS.

Perhaps make a poll about it in the serverowners section? Or just here, but I think the most annoyed ppl don't come here.

StoneCold is right, I mean what's the use in banning fl00d? I mean knowing him he WILL pull a lawsuit, so good luck in that cause you will lose Crimson.
I honoestly don't care if I'm banned, I'm just here to keep up with possible cheaters/new clans/these kind of authority debates.. As you see I don't have many posts

Puddle, my suggestions are not misguided. I don't know what makes you say that. I have borne witness to enough of fl00d3d's crap to make an educated suggestion based on experiance and from what I have seen.
Do not try and make me look like some ban happy ass-clown. If you care to look at fl00d3d's posts you can see he has had a clear agenda from the start. His main point through out all of this has been his "I look out for the little guy" attitude. Now he reckons he will release the RG source code, sounds like someone who cares about the little people eh?
Anyone who can't see his agenda and realise that he is trying to play everyone for fools needs to open there mind to the thought that maybe fl00d3d is just a jealous little child in a mans body, if they can't see that then personally I would welcome the idea of him leaving here and taking them with him.
And i'm the mis-guided one for wanting rid of him?
As a side note, I couldn't help but notice you when and got yourself into a load more drama at UNrules. Seems to follow you everywhere Puddle. Has it never occured to you that it might not be everyone else with the problem?
If you would like to pick up from where we left off then that's fine. I have ignored you on these forums, aswell as you ignoring me, the situation has been ammicable. However if you feel that your e-penis has grown back to a suitable length after our last encounter then so be it.

He started off in the server owners forum by stirring up controversy.
He then started trying to assisinate the BI guys products and bend others to think it was crap too.
He then started a thread asking the server owners why he was so hated basically.
The above was his start to undermining BHS and BI, and also his start to setting himself up as a selfless little guy with the communities best interests at heart.
He then took the drama to the forums that everyone has access to, with his every post he tried to assisinate the character of Crimson, and also tried cementing his role as "hero to the community".
Everyone loves reading a story of some litle company sueing Microsfot or something and actually winning. It is this that he has played on.
After swaying a few people he decides it's time to introduce the idea of his own run place, which would effectively make him the new Crimson.
This has all been designed and planned. He hasn't got your interests at heart, he is just playing on the "David and Goliath" story that everyone loves.
If you couldn't see that before, surely you can see it now that he has threatened to release the source code of rengaurd? That surely isn't "looking out for the little guy", that's pretty much fucking the little guy right in the ass.
He is merely a frustrated little man with a chip on his shoulder. Don't let yourself get used by him.

I'd rather be in a community run by him than in one run by Crimson.
But I haven't seem all this hoo-hah in the server-owner's forum, so I guess I'll reserve judgement for now.

What Reborn said pretty closely matches what happened in server owners indeed. Apart from the fact that he all started this for such a reason, I don't know about that, but after the complete nonsense he kept on talking, saying that he had a lot of skill and therefore people should listen to him and blindly doing what he says. I would really not like forums led by him. But I don't see any problem here anyway, apart from perhaps that these kind of flame fest topics should be closed far earlier.
I would have probably had a different opinion if I had not read the server owners threads. (The thread over there is currently filled with "only 30 days?" posts)

Well, I'm going to tell you straight up, dude, fuck you, (Understand "that is") all I needed to say to you and about you guys (Assuming plural from "-z", debate this in a seperate grammar thread) wanting Flood3d (Notice he can type Flood3d's name correctly sometimes) to be banned permanantly, I don't think that should even be a topic because he shouldn't be banned permanantly AND his "punishment" for breaking the rules (Assuming plural again, either that or, on this forum, you agree to both the "Rules" and the "Rulez", presumably the latter is some sort of "1337" translation) has already been given and adding on to that would just proved how you're biased and how (much?) you don't like him personally.
Aside from a lack of evidence and reference to "Rulez", that post almost was helpful. About as helful as this, anyway.
I'm going to go play Renegade.
