The violated official forum rules are in red and the corresponding offenses are outlined within.
Moderators: Respect the decisions of the moderators, they hold that position for good reason.
This is more of a catch-all rule but I believe it's plainly obvious that my decisions were NOT respected.
If you have any serious complaints, contact Crimson or Blazer privately. Do not start a public bash-fest against a moderator you don't agree with.
It is also plainly obvious that a public bash-fest was indeed started by fl00d3d.
Also keep in mind that you are not a moderator. You do not decide when threads are locked, posts are deleted, etc., and therefore should not post as such in threads. The "Report Message" and Private Message features are there for a reason.
Many of you do not have access to the Server Owner's subforum, but there is another argument going on in there. I do not make it a habit to lock threads in there, in fact there really should only be like 4 or 5 in the whole thing that have ever been locked. However, fl00d3d is demanding that I lock a particular thread that we are still talking in, believing he has the right to make such a demand because he happens to be the one who started the thread. I explained more than once that I don't lock threads in that forum for him or anyone, no matter who started it, unless there is a very special reason to do so. So special in fact that I can not think of an example of one.
Harassment/Racism/Flaming: Harassment of other members, racism, or any hate speech in general will not be tolerated. Moderators will be the judge of what is intolerable, and what is not. Also, please refrain from flaming other members. If you really must, keep it inside of the Hot Issues forum.
More than once he has tried to create flaming threads outside the Hot Issues forum which necessitated their removal to the Silo.
Flooding/Spam: Posting IS throttled here, there is a variable second wait period between each post. Spam threads/posts will be moved to the Silo. Creating duplicate threads in the same or different forums, and the spamming of useless images or image macros in threads will not be acceptable.
I had to remove his "Create Topic" privileges in the Hot Issues forum just to stop him from opening more and more threads about these issues he has with us. So check off another rule violated.
Cheats/Hacks: This forum fully supports RenGuard along with other anti-cheat solutions. With that said, the posting or advertising of cheats will not be tolerated in any way imaginable.
fl00d3d in Server Owners forum | If you want me to make you a full blown enemy there is a hell of a lot more I can do to you and your precious Renguard. So the decision is yours: be less of an asshole, or I become one myself. And, yes, that is a direct threat. Stop being a blatant cunt.

I do realize that what he said in IRC does not count for a forum ban, but it does help to elucidate the threat he is presenting to the community.
I hope this 30-day timeout will give him the chance he needs to cool off and think about how many times he's promised that he cares about Renegade and how it appears now that it may have been a lie.
Please note that this ban is NOT because he disagreed with me. I tolerated these offenses for a few days but after receiving these threats against RenGuard, he has crossed the line to hurting the community instead of just me, and since he is apparently incapable of participating on these forums in a mature fashion, he is, for the next 30 days, unable to participate on them. The ban may extend should he try to circumvent the ban by making new accounts or relaying his messages to the readers here by having someone post on his behalf.
That said, if someone posts here on his behalf, you should expect to be banned for a few days as well.
In closing, I apologize for my part in the development of this drama-fest, but I hope that you will all understand that I am the type of person who will always stick up for myself when I'm being attacked and I will sometimes go overboard in an attempt to make my point come across. You should all understand that if you have a problem with anything, approaching Blazer or I privately without being sarcastic or angry is a much more mature way to get a dialog going for potential change. I have received several private messages throughout this which proves that most of you do understand this, and I appreciate your comments and feedback.
Now, let's get on with our weekends, shall we?
I'm the bawss.

I would have banned him long ago, but Crimmy is much more tolerant. It's sad that he became annoying enough that the time spent dealing with his idiocy was taking away from more important things, including just enjoying the weekend.
I have no patience for people who cannot have a civilized discussion without resorting to name-calling, violence, threats, etc. Plus, most of his "problems" were totally asinine (like demanding that there be no mention of Renguard or other BHS stuff here).
The last straw for me was his outright threats. We've dealt with cyber-terrorists before, and they sure act tough until you take things into the real world and they realize that there ARE consequences to their actions if they push their luck. Hopefully he will chill out for his ban period and not try to carry out his threats. Its easy to talk smack about getting a lawyer etc but I seriously doubt he wants to drop a few grand to go to court over a fucking forum dispute, just to have a judge laugh it out of court Sad thing is he is not some pre-teen n00blet, so he should know better, ah well, enjoy the silence

You were banned for being a presumptuous ROFLtarded assclown.
For example: attacking abusing and flaming people for no justifyable reason whatsoever
Not to mention what your sons got upto - abusing the karma system.
The Renegadeforums would be a better place without you as well.

So the topic title should be changed to: a sucky little "teaser" from C&C Reborn has been released

I seriously doubt the small fraction of Renegade players who participate in the community could convince the rest of them to stop playing.
