Why does the truck driver have to be dumb for this to happen? It's hard enough to see someone in front of your truck standing, let alone in a wheelchair. He could have been more careful, but being careless doesn't mean he's an idiot.

That seems pretty unlikely,
He was crossing the street and some how his chair became lodged in the grill??? How the hell did he get his chair in the same direction the truck was facing? He would have to had backed up into it as far as I can reckon.

I think the wheel chair man would be dumber for getting stuck on the truck, dont they teach to look left and right before crossing the road over there?

It's obviously no fault of the driver. How yould he have known that there was a man in a wheelchair infont of him. I think it's mostly the guy in the wheelchair's fault because lights turn yellow well in advance of turning red, and before they turn yellow the freaking hand blinks.

Well, hes part to blame for it, yes, he couldnt see, but he should had known that he was there before he got right upto him.
