I'm already hosting several Renegade players at my house from June 30-July 5th. You'll also have to work very hard to compete with The Pits who gathered roughly 35 members in Los Angeles in July of 2004 (or 2005, I forget).

Well, it started off as a n00bstories thing. I think I'm going to have 5 or 6 guests from out-of-town not including several people who are local to Phoenix who I will be inviting more publicly when it gets closer.

I'm hoping after this first year, we'll be able to have a bigger event next year rivaling the size of the second (and last) Pits get-together.

But, if anyone reading this wants to come to Phoenix in 3 and a half weeks, PM me. Razz

Well thats more for the american players, way to big of a hasle for any canadians to come. Mine is more of a smaller idea, for anyone in ontario, or bordering provinces becasue I border a few so its easy for us to do this, vs an american idea, plus I wasn't banking on any EU's or anyone to fly for that matter Whats That

Depends where you like, mafiaman69 is from RI, thats only like 5 hour drive, and another uncomfimed player from NYC (6 hour drive). Keep in mind this is all driving times, flights about 30min and cost as low as 75$ CDN.

oh, im since your flag shows as the US flag (WTF?) im assumed US, my mistake. From EU, exactly what I said, dont expect anyone from the EU to come, but this WOULD be easier than any US meeting of course, its alot cheaper ticket, less customs/secrity, and ofcourse closer means shorter traveling distance Big Grin

oooo, you have it better planned out than I assumed. But, this just gave me another idea. Apparently you or someone is planning an "official community meeting"? The best place ofcourse to have it would be canada, it right in the middle of the major countries, but not ottawa, if someone in toronto could host it that would be the best, or if everyone pitched in for a hall and have 35+ (maybe even 50) people go there. Because flights are cheap to toronto from any where in canada or the us (some range from 50$) Big Grin

The KOSs2 had its first Renegade members meeting last year in Holland, we had 14 participants which isn't bad considering we have around 30 Renegade members.

This year we redo it, in the UK this time, and we hope to have between 15 and 20 now Smile.

Ow and we hardly touched a computer Wink. We just loaded Renegade multiplayer demo for half an hour to fool around Razz.
