when i download my patch that I got from this website, now everytime i try to get into renegade it says ur computer needs to restart to continue the patch so then i click OK and then it restarts and then the patch pops up and downloads then i click the renegade button and then it does the exact samething,it says ur computer needs to restart to continue the patch so then i click OK and u kno the rest, this is startin to really tick me off man, can yea tell me wuts goin on!?

Nah, it just says press OK to restart ur computer and then if i decide to get out of it by pressin X it still restarts even tho i press the X instead of the OK button, i have no idea wut's goin on

You are talking about the 1.037 patch, right?
I'd say try reinstalling the complete game following this guide:
