I only know the basics of PHP so I probably wouldn't be able to handle it quite yet. If you have any questions that I might be able to answer then give me a shout though.

lol meh... came up with this idea a few months ago

my script is pretty much already done just need some bug fixes but i cant fix em myself as i dont know PHP Razz

what does everybody think of a global rec ladder?

thats true... they would just edit the NR/BR DB and add themselfs up high

EDIT: perhaps certain servers could get 'banned' from the ladder? and none of the recs on that server count?

some servers rec automatically, others dont

some will rec you for just repairing a building, and others will require other users to rec you, and some allow users to n00b other players, which is a negative rep.

Plus, anyone could get a bunch of mates, go into a server, and rec each other...

!recing random people is disallowed on my servs.. but yeah i see your point - it would be far too difficult to regulate

In Night Regulator, make a fixed recommendation system. Then when someone gets recommended it will report it to a ladder server somewhere.
