I know this will get ugly, and im ready to take hits as I am quite known to have some experience, but yeah.
I am "Matix" and/or "SeargentSarg" as some people may call me.
Recently, I changed my name, and everything, from Matix to ST3ALTH and stealth-server.net
Some people wouldn't do this, but I did, and I have good reasons for it.
1) I was being attacked non-stop.
2) I have had a bad reputation for being a known cheater / hacker, as well as a "ripper"
3) Copied sites
I changed my name, for those reasons, to take on the name of a new persona, in order to re-gain community respect, but not for in the name of Matix. I did this, because, I love this game, I have respect for everyone, and I did try my very damn fucking best to get away from my old habbits.
Like for example, cheating, was a known habbit, I simply changed that by getting addicted to xbox live, really, there are no "cheats" or "hacks" or "glitches" in those games, cause if they find it, they patch it 1 week after its found out, and I learned, how it is, to be a true team player, how it is, to play fair.
And now, again, for my apologies.
I am truly low for doing this, as I have disrespected my bestest of friends in this community, names would include, Caveman (for breaking his trust and lieng to him), danpaul (for lieng to him straight up, and saying someone that im not), and all the old rencorner regulars, members, etc. for completely abandoning them, leaving them in the dark, with a dead community. Kamuix, for lieng to him, he doesn't deserve this, and I know fl00d3d is going to celebrate this, but yeah, im Matix, and yes, I did this as well, and fl00d3d will probably continue with this for ages, but yeah..
I am Matix.
Please don't flame me, I have had enough crap going on... (Crimson, or any mod, plz lock this thread quickly)

You were caught by Caveman and in front of a bunch of server owners. We just happened to be having a mini-meeting @ the time that he came in and asked to compare info. I'm not even going to comment on this topic, though. I kinda expected it.

He wasn't caught cheating. He was caught pretending not to be himself and blatantly lying to people about it. And I predicted it because every time you fail at something, you have the positive attribute of picking yourself back up and trying again. Unfortunately, this is a community that is in some dark times and trust and strong relationships are very important - and you continually abuse yourself by doing this kind of crap. The interesting part will be to see what Kamuix does about it. I'm willing to bet money he knew (since I saw logs of him talking to you about working together).

The reason why he is admitting to it here is because I found out that he was Matix and questioned him on it, he of course denied it at first but when I threated to tell people about it he confessed. (By this time I and everyone in #serverowners knew it was him) He is posting it here now because he feels that someone will post it anyways and start to flame him. (Which to be honest he deserves.) Basically hes doing this so he can keep whatever dignity he has left. I suspect he's also looking for pity. The only pity you're going to get is; Its a pity I didn't find out sooner.

I really dont get the big fuss, he changed his name, lied about it, big deal guys..There is way to much drama in Renegade, he posted to get this off his chest. We dont need people talking shit about it. Big fucking deal..everybody lies, Admins lie, Owners lie...This lie may be bigger kind, but its just a lie.
I know that people dont like me and will flame me but w/e, Im not trying to take any shit for anybody, Im saying that you guys start so much shit its not funny. People can get the fuck over it in 1minute. But they seem its funny to post bullshit comments, and make it worse.
I really dont get it, Renegade its a game. Even though it gives people stress, it shouldnt. People get stressed about all the drama that happends, thinking that they're next.
Cant people just stop, he asked for people to not flame him cant you respect his decision. Hes a person, Im a person, fl00d3d is a person, Crimsons a person.
Forgive people once in a while, I know fl00d3d is a kindful respectful person. Why cant more of you guys be like fl00d3d.
Truely i think that if all the stupid drama dosent die soon, then somebody is going to post the worst topic, and itll shutdown the Renegade community.

Flaming this guy is complete nonsense, look, maybe he did cheat at one time, is he still cheating?
didnt you read his message? maybe i dont know him well enough to know if its a sham or not but from what I read in my opinion, thats not a hollow apology. He admmitted he had a problem, and fixed it, changing his name so that you people would stop flaming him. give the poor guy another chance, if he blows that chance then go back to flaming him. but he deserves at least that much.
edit: eep, sorry middle didnt read your post. by that time I was already kinda pissed. I agree with you fully.

As was already suggested, he should have admitted his errors under his old name. Then he could move move on in Renegade with his new name. That makes sense, but no sense has been made in the way he has posted.
What was the guy expecting? The community does not like cheats, h4x0rs, rippers or anyone else of that nature. The reaction of a few appear to be normal given the facts.
I suggest that he changes his name again, keeps quiet, tells no-one and moves on. Perhaps in a year or two he can re-post and tell us all who he is. Only time will tell if a leopard changes its spots.

Thats just what you think Cave, I know that couple other people might think that, but remember its just a game, he has the freedom of doing w/e he wants. If he wishes to play renegade, do what he does, thats perfectly fine. Nothing wrong about it.

This maybe a gaming community, but it gives him no right to rip other peoples work, nor does it give him the right to do some of the things ive read about him doing.
ALSO, Once a cheater, always a cheater. They dont change, they never have, they never will. Cheaters continue to cheat, liars continue to lie.

Don't defend him. I'm pretty sure Middle is one of his friends, anyway.
The whole point here is: changing your name isn't an issue. But when you HAVE to change your name because everyone despises you for cheating and stealing other people's ideas and being a downright low-life ... then you get caught ... it confirms his lack of integrity. And a lack of integrity is not to be praised or respected under any circumstance.
Just the other day I removed ALL blocks on my MSN (about 20 people) which I do every so often. I'm a pretty laid back and forgiving person. One of the first people to come to me was Matix saying "I'm sorry, I don't care about RenCorner, blah blah" trying to make it seem like he's trying to change. This right here proves that it was all a bullshit cover to help distract from his new identity.
Until you're affected, I don't expect you to understand. But for those of us that work hard and spend a lot of money on our servers and sites in this community .... things many people take for granted .... its extremely irritating to deal with people like this.
