i mean wtfy is this

this always happens after i launch renegade (works fine then)then I close it and then try to reopen renegade and it does this

I had a glitch one time in Americas Army where EVERYTHING had a skin on it that was 0's and 1's and it was the matrix it was fucking sweet!!!
