I dont know why, but my renegade game wont start. i click it on the first decade and the first decade screen goes down but the renegade game never comes up. i went into the task manager and there is a process going that says renegade is running. i have no idea why but it just doesnt work. also, my renguard tries to update itself and nothing happens, it wont update. it has tried over and over and over, nothing works. if i dont restart my comp and try to play the game again, then not even renguard shows up. if i restart my comp then renguard comes up and tries to update again, but ive already told you about that. so please help me.

1) Thank you for making a readable post. You're in a minority, and I thank you for it.
2) Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > Remove Renguard (Won't hurt your Renegade installtion)
3) Redownload Renguard from here
The last step installs the Renguard update without you having to fight with the client, not sure why some people can update, and others can't, but meh.
Don't forget, that as you are installing Renguard with the first decade, you need to follow the instructions here.

Hold alt and press tab, there'll be a window that pops up with icons. Ren might be in it and press tab again and again until renegade is highlighted (If it is in there)
