He said "you get my Father down here, get him down here right now! And if i'm drunker then he is, you can fire me! Don't you look at me like that.. Don't you pity me."
Looking back on it, I guess he meant get him down here as in get him down from heaven. Meaning that his father was a drunk and most likely was still pissed out of his head whilst floating on a cloud somewhere.
